31 Day Challenge. Day 4 - Green

Day 4 - GREEN

I like this green, I managed to get this one in Poundland too, so even better! I skipped the top coat on this hoping for a good effect with the matte but it doesn't really show up that well in the photo.

Revlon - Emerald City (matte)
Color Club - Where's the Soiree? (for stamping)
Nail stamping plate A18 from Chez Delaney

You may (or may not) have noticed that my challenge posts all seem to have the same day. Aren't you observant! I have been doing my nails pretty much daily but I'm far too lazy to post them daily!

31 Day Challenge. Day 3 - Yellow

Day 3 - YELLOW

I'm not so keen on yellow polish, this one was a bugger to use too, this took 4 coats and still wasn't opaque enough for my liking. I added the black just to break up the yellow a little!

Rimmel - Sunshine
ORLY - Matte Vinyl
ORLY Polishield top coat

31 Day Challenge. Day 2 - Orange

Day 2 - ORANGE

I decided to add stamping to this one as my hands don't seem to like orange very much!

Rimmel - Instyle Coral
Bundle monster nail plate BM-301
Konad white stamping polish

31 Day Challenge. Day 1 - Red

Day 1 - RED

I used my favourite red for this one. I used tape to section off my nails and painted the other half grey. Topped off with ORLY Polishield.

Nails inc - Milan
Miss Sporty - Grey

31 Day Challenge

I have seriously neglected my blog for almost a year (shame on me!) but then it is only really for a bit of fun and a place to keep a record of previous manicures.
I think I might attempt the 31 day challenge, there are a few nail bloggers doing the it all over again. I doubt that I will do it every single day but I will 'attempt' to give it a go anyway.

Update!

I know I don't exactly have many followers but I really have neglected my poor little blog lately! This is just a quick update with some nail pics added for your entertainment...

Taped Stripy Nails

I got my set of the new bundle monster plates from Amazon.com today and instead of using one of the amazing array of new designs I now own, I instead decided to try out the scotch tape method I found whilst blog hopping.
I thought it came out fairly well for a first attempt, although my thumb nail is a bit crooked but you don't need to see that!
First I used Lavender from George (Adsa brand polish), then added a Miss Sporty grey that doesn't seem to have a name or number (but does have a little bit of sparkle) and L'oreal Jet-set black topped with a coat of Seche Vite.
